- Male
- Degree in Site or Civil Engineer at TIC and other equivalent degree
- Have experience with Road or bridge construction
- Able to set up computers
- Be able to organize the project
- Have a logical, analytical and creative approach to problem solving
- Good presentation skills
- Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills
- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills
- Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure.
