Job Description
• Prepare formal letter for submit to MOL
• In charge of HR compliance process on LACMS and FWCMS
• Understand the whole presses of HR compliance both manual and MOL’s system
• Manage and tracking on HR compliance listing and report
• Follow up, deal, and direct contract with ministry officer
• Filling and control of all HR compliance document
• Update and implement HR polices, procedures, internal regulation in accordance with labor law
• Other task will be assigned form Supervisor and Management
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree of management, Business Admin, Law, etc.
• Strong of English language and computer skill
• Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar position
• Experience in compliance work
• Good comminutor, good team player, and keen of challenging environment
