Job Description
• Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
• Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications
• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, color and effects
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
• Operate cameras when required for shoots under the direction of the Director of Videos and Photography
• Assess and resolve technical and creative issues methodically
• And perform other tasks assigned by management team.
Job Requirement
• Cambodian national – Male or Female
• Have 5 years experiences as Video Editor
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Basic Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Good at Khmer and English
• Respect and support AG Education values and mission
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge in film studies, cinematography or related field
• Willing to learn new things.
