Job Description
-To provide and produce necessary Architectural Construction Shop drawings within the given timeline.
-To assist in site condition and construction inspection.
-To assist in monitoring and checking the materials delivery at the site or warehouse and make sure that there are no damage and quality is intact.
Job Requirement
-At least 1 year full time relevant working experience as an Architectural Design Draftsman
-Strong management skill & creativity
-Demonstrate excellent verbal and relationship building skill that will support effective communication with subcontractor /clients
-Ability to read and identify the discrepancies on the construction drawings
-Able to understand specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of work
-Computer Skills: Good command of Ms. Project, Ms. Excel, AutoCad, Sketchup, and 3Dmax
-Proficient in English both in written and oral
-Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline
-Highly organize, strong initiative and excellent ability in problem-solving
-Positive thinking, high commitment, able to work in team, and hardworking, have a good common sense, have initiative and with positive attitude
