TP Moral Construction and Development is looking for a highly skilled and experienced MEP Design Manager. Are you a person who likes to be office based, working with a creative design team? The MEP Design Manager will plan, direct, coordinate and oversee various technical issues in the MEP team, ensuring all MEP Design operations and procedures are followed. S/He will ensure the successful completion of designs through to construction ensuring all the implementation of MEP systems and ensuring the future needs of the company’s projects are met.
Job Requirement
II. Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8-10 years working experience in designing and managing big MEP
construction projects and/or high-rise buildings.
• Knowledge of MVAC, Plumbing, LV, MV, ELV and firefighting system in
building.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and Dialux.
III. Skills & Proficiencies
• Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in
English and Khmer.
• Strong analytical and supervisory skills.
• Strong knowledge of building, construction details and relevant rules,
regulations, and quality standards.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
• MEP Design Experience is essential to this role with no less than 6 years
proven working experience
