• Documentation layout of brewery and equipment
• Project drawing structure and componence equipment
• Involve maintenance work of building and coordinating asst site maintenance
• Maintain and comply with safety / VBL standards
• Take care of Building infrastructure maintenance basis
• Update drawing building and plant in case new build or renovate
• Work closely with project planner for any project initiate
• Reporting & record keeping for Site Maintenance Manager.
