I . Junior Landscape Architect

Junior Landscape Architect role is to design landscape plans, in charge of preparing project proposals and completing projects from design through construction. He/she shall be actively contributing to the landscape architectural works required in project phases: Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Negotiation, and Construction Administration.
Prepares landscape architectural work, design and preparation of plans and specifications, working under minimum supervision of a Lead Architect. He/she shall be responsible for the following project deliverables:
- Research and precedent study
- Preliminary design sketches
- Layout plan, section, and elevation drawing
- 3D rendered visual image and animation
- Material list and specification
- Detailing drawings from which costing area made
- Working drawing for construction
- Finishing site works as built and other drawing
