Job Description
1. Scope of working:
Batching Plant Supervisor: is responsible in inspecting work areas to determine type of work required and materials and equipment to be used, controlling the operations and production of the batching plant and Equipment.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of batching plant;
- Maintenance of pneumatic pumps and valves of batching plant;
- Monitor and control errors in hydraulic system being used at the batching plant;
- Managing the stock of all raw materials aggregates, cement, filler and additive;
- Present the daily general production report of the batching plant;
- Work with site engineers to ensure accuracy in concrete production;
- Conduct a daily safety meeting to address the operating and maintenance hazards;
- Responsible for the quality control of concrete;
- Control the doze and temperature of raw material to achieve the desire temperature of concrete;
- Reads specification sheets to determine sizes of aggregates and proportions of cement and water required for batch of concrete;
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
4. Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent degree;
- At least 5 years of working experience;
- Proficiency in using Ms. Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and relevant program;
- Thorough and accurate with attention to detail;
- Strong communication, negotiation, planning and leadership skills;
- Good in verbal and written English and Khmer;
- Be a problem solver, flexible, and be able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
