Job Description
General Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the management of construction contractors performing work during
the execute phase of projects with the team of Obayashi Vietnam Corporation - Cambodia
Branch which is newly established in Phnom Penh.
Main duties as following;
- Control site works: Safety, schedule, quality, budget, authority matter
- Coordinate with Subcontractor and Coordinate work between building/ME/Design
departments
- Work as leader, individual professional in construction work
Job Requirement
- Male from 35 to 40 years old.
- Graduated from University specialized in construction (major in civil & industrial construction)
- Knowledge of site work as Site Manager (SM): safety, schedule, QA/QC, sub-contractor control
- Knowledge of document work as SM: Workflow, project document, drawings, authority matter
- Good English communication
- Experience to manage site work / office work
