Job Description
•Plan, organize and manage day-to-day operations on the plant floor.
•Draw up a production schedules daily/monthly based upon the orders submitted by Sales Accountant.
•Monitor all operations and processes in the facility.
Control and monitor production output, product quality and on-time delivery are met the standard.
Job Requirement
- At least the college degree in Electrical and Industrial Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or relevant majors.
- At least 3 years of work experience as Plant Manager or Supervisor in relevant industrial manufacturing.
- Comprehensive understanding and interpretations skills of Auto-Cad drawings.
- Management and coaching skills.
- Technical and production skills.
- High awareness and understanding of safety and risk policies.
- Understanding and work experience with quality standards like ISO and Global GAP.
- Pro-active and innovative regarding quality and efficiency improvement in Production.
- Able to communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. change to English & Khmer.
- High- pressure work environments
- Be willing to travel for job.
