Job Description
Conduct testing and prepare reports for clients and management for internal review; analyze test results for quality control and improvement; perform research and development for new product development; and implement health, safety and environment (SHE) policies among team members
What will you do:
• Conduct tests and prepare reports to assess quality of raw materials
• Arrange and conduct concrete compression testing with clients
• Schedule sample collection, and manage sorting and curing of samples from sites according to standard requirements
• Prepare testing results to be reported to lab supervisor
• Analyze test data and consolidate report for management decision
• Record and feedback to relevant department all discrepancies related to sample quality, testing results and failure modes
• Conduct research & development for quality improvement and new product development
• Provide timely technical solutions to concrete-related issues at sites
• Conduct trial mixes with clients and other ad-hoc projects
• Oversee overall operation, health, safety and environment of concrete lab
• Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 1 years of experience in construction industry
• Basic structural design knowledge
• Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Professionalism and Organization
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Khmer and English
• Proficiency in MS office skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
