Job Description
• Providing a call to every existing customer by following process map
• Interact with potential customers and talk to the customer on the phone to process order, and provide information about organization’s product and service
• Installation planning
• Site visit planning
• Provide technical Support and handle complaints over the phone
• Update daily KPI
• Weekly report
• Providing excellent customer service
• Good communication with team
• Relevant task assign by manager

o Skill requirements:
o 1 year experience with customer Service
o Good at Microsoft powerpoint, Word and Excel
o Could communication in English
o Willing to learn
o Could work on weekend
o Willing to work with farmer
o Bachelor degree in Customer service or related field
