- Proven track record for 03 years in a MEP role for either a design consultant/main contractor/developer.
- Must be physically capable to conduct field inspections and walk downs which require the following activities: extensive walking in and around a construction site, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, climbing in very small and/or confined spaces, and lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Knowledge and experience in the planning, design and construction of the following systems
1. Plumbing (Cold & hot water services) systems
2. Drainage (Waste-water, Soil & vent, Storm-Water) systems
3. Fire protection & fighting system
4. Associated BMS & electrical services integration requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill in English
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Windows environment, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Mail.

5. Experience of design should ideally include the majority of the following:
6. Awareness of basic weather performance requirements
7. Understanding of basic façade fire performance requirements.
8. In-depth construction knowledge and experience including technical
inspections and review of information provided by façade contractors
9. Practical knowledge of different façade and building envelope systems and
materials (cladding types, glazing types)
10.Able to design and develop bespoke façade solutions
11.High proficiency in ACAD, Word, Excel, and Outlook
12.Profound knowledge of BS and ASTM standards
