Job Description
1. Establish potential customers, conducts theory and practical paint school to related end users and industries, perform project specification follow up activities: monitor and track project development, promote products to customer as applicator, architecture, contractor, developer, owner and actively engage to the company;
2. Identifying key customers to specify our products into their project specification;
3. Strongly support to sales team in order to provide and consult of the products selection;
4. Prepare method statement and method drawing to sales team;
5. Planning & coordinating with sales teams to join project bidding and creating channel;
6. Co-ordinate with marketing team on designing the product catalogs;
7. Conduct product (innovation) technical training to internal and external customers;
8. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting accuracy and timely on work result to superior;
9. Perform other activities and tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
● Minimum 2 years of experiences in specification engineer
● Ability to communicate with all levels particularly clients
● Be able to communicate in English and Chinese preferable (both spoken and written)
● Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
● Ambitious, active, eager to learn new things and problem-solving skills
● Passionately, honest, punctual, deadline, proactive, creative idea, and negotiation skills
● Able to work under pressure
● Computer literacy and software system is a plus
● Possess valid driving license is preferable
● Can do attitude with team work spirit
