Job Description
1. Understand and sell company products by keeping strong contact and developing relationships with all stakeholders; strong recommending solutions support;
2. Identifying sales opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options;
3. Planning & coordinating marketing activities/ sales forecast with Superior;
4. Representing the company in all activities associated with projects support;
5. Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support, information, guidance and customer complaint handling;
6. Conducting market researches and competitors’ actions - prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
7. Assure timely bill collection in the assigned area;
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing the sales targets & related results as needed;
9. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting accuracy and timely on sales activities to superior;
10. Be a sales consultant to customers rather than order taker;
11. Perform other activities and tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirement
● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
● Minimum 2 years of experiences in sales engineer
● Ability to communicate with all levels particularly clients
● Be able to communicate in English (both spoken and written)
● Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
● Ambitious, active, eager to learn new things and problem-solving skills
● Passionately, honest, punctual, deadline, proactive, creative idea, and negotiation skills
● Able to work under pressure
● Computer literacy and software system is a plus
● Possess valid driving license is preferable.
● Can do attitude with team work spirit
