Job Description
• Perform inspection with guidance to get the work output matches the design requirement, quality, and standard.
• Basic understanding to review the site document related.
• Follow the planning breakdown to be completed and assist the team to execute proper construction sequences.
• Follow construction schedule with ARC, MEP, Structure, and other External Specialists following both Design and Project Master schedules.
• Basic understanding to identify structure, MEP, and Architecture clashing problems on site.
• Review and check output with guidance to assure the quality of work done is according to the requirement and standards of the company
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirement
• A recognized bachelor’s degree in Architectural Field or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year experience in the role
• Basic knowledge of technical writing and discipline-specific design software (i.e., AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp)
• Good command of English communication both spoken and written
• Highly detail oriented with strong accuracy and precision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
