• Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, monitor trends, forecast the market, coordinate marketing with other departments and measure marketing performance.
• Develop key customer relationships and acquire new clients and communicate customers’ concrete requirements.
• Develop and manage the sales & marketing budget and oversee branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, and execution of all marketing events as business requirements.
• Manage budgets, quotas, and goals and follow up the overdue payments and solve problems with relevant departments.
• Provide clear information about the requirements for quantity, quality and strength of concrete from customers and coordinate with the production team to ensure that we have enough raw material to supply at a certain time as required.
• Provide clear information on machinery types that customers need for concrete supply and work closely with the logistic team to check and prepare for the concrete supply.
• Coordinate with the construction site in case of requesting labor assistance to facilitate the work of machinery installation.
• Work closely with the technical team to prevent any technical issues with concrete and report to the technical team for immediate solutions if any issues occur.
• Work closely with quality control, operations, safety customer service and credit.
• Manage, motivate and coach sales and marketing team to produce high productivity and team morale.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
