Job Description
- Design structure, project study, schedule and construction in office and site.
- Project coordinator
- Prepare documents of bidding or present for new project
- Prepare method statement for general work related to construction **
- Calculation BOQ and estimate cost for submit to client **
- Understand everything price related to construction material such as civil, structure, finishing...etc.
- Site inspection in urgent case
- Prepare or check all company quotation before submit to client**
- Check and make Progress claim each site**
- Prepare contract with Client or Subcontractor (English Document)*
- Check and control material report in company warehouse*
- Provide technical work and discuss*
- Budget control for each site and warning
- Providing advice on contractual claims
- Prepare and check the quantity for progress claim to client**
- Other special instruction from manager*
Job Requirement
- Graduated Bachelor degree or master in Civil Engineer, Architecture and or Construction Management.
- Above 25 years old
- At least 3 years’ experience related this field
- Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD)
- Organizational, project management and planning skill, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong Project Management skill & creative
- Honesty, Positive, Energetic, and hard-working
- Demonstrated ability to work with and across different teams
- Very good command of written and spoken English and Khmer
