• Ensure the showroom and site contruction are safe, well-organized and hygience.
• Execute building and safety regulations.
• Record and report all things happen at showroom and site.
• Monitor the operation team such as security guards, janitors, gardeners and handymen to work effectively and efficiency.
• Manage Petty cash/expense at the showroom/site.
• Report the work progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Other tasks assigned by operation supervisor or Project Manager.
