 Manage and supervise various vendors and contractors and proactively handle all project issues and resolve potential clashes
 Preparation of project brief for engagement of consultants (architect, landscape, ID)
 Preparation of project documents (i.e., drawings, visuals, etc.) and research latest design trends
 Work on Architectural 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, camera animation, rendering on visual or walk-through projects
 Responsible for projects from delivering design concept to project completion
 Manage the feasibility study, schematic design works and detailed design works
 Work closely with leasing and property management to support operations
 Coordinate with architects, Interior designers and Electrical engineers
 Act as in-house design and administration role supporting the CM team
 Review design proposals, tender documents and reports
 Work with the team for other ad hoc assignments
 Monitor the design submission progress of long lead items
 Perform other tasks will be assigned by direct manager.
