• GRAPHIC DESIGN:
o Work under Business Development Department to produce all marketing material
o Plans concept by studying information and materials
o Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
o Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
o Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
o Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc
o Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
o Upholds and promotes mental health and emotional well-being as priorities in our school, and adheres to the School's Vision Statement for Well-being.
o Performs other ad hoc task as assigned by immediate supervisor
o PHOTOGRAPHY:
o Take professional pictures of school activities, events and functions
o Work closely with school team and colleagues to produce high-quality photographic images
o Use different techniques to enhance the photographs as required
o Use photo manipulation software such as Adobe Suite to get desired results
o Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives
o Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs
o Review sets of photographs and select the best results
o Operate various photographic equipment such as single lens reflex cameras and film or digital cameras and lighting.
o VIDEOGRAPHY:
o Film videos on set or on location
o Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working
o Plan the shoot with the marketing team and school team
o Edit footage in post-production.
o Work closely with production agency in video production.
