• Develop and manage the annual research project and other requested projects by other departments in order to support company strategy and product development that can respond to market needs;
• Work closely with the project team/partner (internally and externally) and Amret management to plan and organize work for research projects to ensure effective management and coordination of projects and timelines;
• Analyze qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-mode research results and draft and finalize analytical reports and presentations to Amret management within agreed deadlines;
• Analyze market intelligence to support Amret's business growth;
• Analyze competitors' key performance indicators to support the development of the company's strategic plan;
• Control and manage the research budget to ensure project targets are met within the allocated budget;
• Manage and monitor team members' both technical and behavioural development to ensure they become high performers.
