Job Description
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the school's overall marketing goals.
• Manage the school's social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Manage relationships with Chinese and international media outlets.
• Optimize the school's website for search engines.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Track and analyze marketing data to measure results.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends.
• Attend education fairs and other events in China and other international markets.
Job Requirement
• Strong understanding of the Chinese language and culture.
• A motivated self-starter, with a level of maturity to drive tactical campaigns independently;
• Degree level qualification in marketing, communications, or related field;
• 5+ years of experience in marketing (either client or agency side)
• Sound knowledge of the full marketing mix including strategy development and planning, campaign development, measurement and tracking, and optimization;
• A comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of online/ digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Impeccable time management skills, attention to detail, ability to self-manage;
• Is a patient and thoughtful mentor to junior staff which collaborate style, inspiring best practices
