Peninsulas Engineering Co., Ltd is currently seeking one (1) Civil Engineer to fill the position as assistant of a Design Project Management team for a mission to assist the owner in carrying out a project of renovation and expansion from a 74 keys hotel to 125 keys, located in Luang Prabang, Laos:
General Qualifications Required:
- International or National;
- At least 6 years of Construction Project Management working experience with projects of over 5000 m2;
- Knowledge of international building codes & standards, engineering practices, procedure and techniques;
- Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar project management software, in BIM system (Revit, Archicad, …), Word, Excel;
- Good spoken and written levels of English.
Job Requirement
- A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
- Knowledge of Concrete, Steel and Wooden Structure Design, including Soil Test Analysis and Concrete, Steel and Wooden Test Analysis;
- Experience in Structure Design checking;
- Experience in MEP Design checking;
- Experience with all Quantity Survey works and Project Costing;
- Experience with Construction Field’s Coordination works, Site Supervision, Administration and Reporting;
- Proficiency in all works related to Billing, Audit and Financial Reporting;
- Experience with all works pertaining to MEP Testing and Commissioning supervision;
- Experience leading a Project Management team (Civil & MEP engineers).
