Job Description
• General administrative support to the IELTS and Examination Services Department;
• Assisting with test supervision (e.g. IELTS, University Distance Education Exams, relevant professional exams);
• Administering the registration of test candidates and encode the information into relevant test databases;
• Maintaining full test compliance by ensuring strict adherence to the test integrity policy;
• Ensuring that all clients are professionally served and a feedback system is effectively implemented;
• Participating in the development and implementing of promotion campaigns and branding strategies;
• Producing reports and analyses on the respective testing services of the department;
• Other duties as required, which may include responsibility for despatch or receipt of Cambridge materials
Job Requirement
• A university degree (preferably in TESOL or IT)
• Good command of English
• Good administrative and organisational ability
• Good planning ability, with attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Strong commitment to professional integrity and ethical conduct
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
