Job Description
• Entertain enquiries on services provided by the company such as on study abroad services and scholarships, studying English at ACE and registering or preparing for an IELTS test
• Provide counselling on study options and admission requirements for ACE programs
• Administer ACE placement tests and course enrolment
• Act as point of contact in providing solutions to students and customers
• Be part of a bigger team, organise promotional functions and exhibitions related to international study opportunities
• Play an active role in various CSR activities and initiatives
Job Requirement
• University degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Good command of English language proficiency (eg. an IELTS 6.0 overall band score or equivalent)
• Good understanding and commitment to providing good customer service and a positive experience
• An effective communicator and problem solver
• Strong commitment to professional and personal integrity and ethical conduct
• Ability to engage and work in a multicultural environment
