coordinate with other members in planning and executing Assigned technical projects
Analyse and resolve design problems in a timely manner
Prioritize and coordinate projects activities for timely completions
Ensuring that each stage of the project happen on time, on budget and to a high standard
Reporting regularly on progress to the stakeholders
Manage MEP/ELV Scope of work for Branch projects
Manage and monitor on branch maintenance request with good time management
Monitor all related documentation in project flow including negotiation with supplier/landlord, PO, KYC, Supplier checklist
