• Basic knowledge of Implement Development on Architectural Design
• Basic knowledge of Implement Development on Architectural Drawing
• Basic knowledge of Implement Development on Architecture Works Quantity Take-off
• Basic knowledge of Implement Development on Adobe Photoshop Advanced (Perform General Tasks)
• Basic knowledge of Implement Development on Autodesk Revit Intermediate (Perform Complex Tasks)
• Basic knowledge of Implement Development on Lumion 3D Render Intermediate (perform Complex Tasks)
• Basic knowledge on Implement Development on Sketchup 3D Modeling Intermediate (Perform Complex Tasks)
• Basic knowledge on Implement Development on Coordinating with other departments
• Basic knowledge on Implement Development on Documentation
• Basic knowledge on Implement Development in Planning
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirement
• A recognized bachelor’s degree in Architectural Field or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in the role
• Good command of English communication both spoken and written
• Highly detail oriented with strong accuracy and precision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
