Job Description
•Produce concept design of MEP as per architect layout, requirement of client and specification
•Produce tender drawing of MEP such as; aircon-spit, multi-spit, ventilation, genset, cable containment, socket, lighting, PA, ACC, FAS, CCTV, waste, soil and rain water, sprinkler, hose reel and fire extinguisher system….
•Provide calculate note, if require
•Prepare shop drawing for submission and resubmission
•Select and prepare some material for submission
•Contact with supplier to request some quotation and technical documents, if require
•Take off BOQ of MEP system
•Prepared information regarding design, specification, material, equipment, estimated cost and construction time.
•Consult with the Consultant to determine function and spatial requirement of Architecture/structure/MEP
•Coordinate closely with MEP, Architect, Structure Team……
•Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawing and specification documents.
•Plan layout of project.
•Prepared scale drawings
•Collaborating with supervisor in preparing the technical report and installation on site.
•Perform other duties as assigned

•Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Plumbing/Electrical/Electronic Engineering; MBA is a plus
•Minimum 2-5 years experiences in Design
•Understanding MEP drawing: Concept, Tender, Design, Shop, Detail drawing and other concerned
•Good interpersonal skill, have negotiation skill, Ability to analysis problems, Ability to work independently,
•Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills;
•Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure.
•Computer literacy and especially Ms Office, Ms Project, AutoCAD (2D, 3D), etc.
•Being able to travel to sites/provinces and mobilize the workplace
