Job Description
• Plan and conduct the preventative maintenance schedule, activities, and its budget
• Perform overall corrective maintenance facilities of CJCC
• Perform the routine work of inspections for the premises, electrical devices, and equipment
• Check, repair, and fix the facilities and equipment
• Work with other suppliers and contractors when any repairing/ fixing service is needed
• Supervise service support team and control room layout arrangement for renting service
• Implement tasks required by Facilities and Service Department
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, electric or any technical capacity
• At least two-or three-years working experiences in plan and routine maintenance activities
• Good command in using English
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Office
• Good in communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Flexible, good at problem solving and be able to lead the team
• Strong motivation, good attitude, high responsibility, strong time management, and commitment
