Job Description
• Collaboration in the design and preparation of surveys and field visits.
• Data collection, storage and analysis of client information outreach.
• Data collection, storage and analysis of FUTABA’s competitors.
• Come up with a concrete research proposal, conduct data collection including recruiting and forming a research team, providing orientation and training to the team, coordinating field works, perform data quality check, and monitoring the progress.
• Develop data entry and analysis spreadsheets in both Ms. Excel and SPSS programs, input and analyze data, and come up with the research reports, present the key findings, coordinate with relevant departments and units to come up with plan for improvements and regularly monitor the progress.
• Fieldwork and data quality management and control.
• Coordinate with others departments in portfolio analysis reporting and prepare clients-level data to be used in al decision-making processes.
• Could develop the policies, procedures, guidelines, and instruction;
• Develop the New and Existing Loan Products to be up to day for competing in the markets.
• Update and develop all forms of credits.
• Other task assign by Line Manager.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor or an equivalent university degree in economic or business management.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills, especially report writing in Khmer & English.
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis and interpretation of results.
• Knowledge of MS office, MS Outlook, SPSS
• One or more years of quantitative and qualitative research experience, preferably with rural populations in livelihood or microfinances research.
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, team work, independent, and result-oriented;
• Be good writing policy and procedure, guideline, and instruction;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and complexities as per a number of different projects will be implemented at the same time;
• Ability to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Be willing to travel to other branches and provinces when required.
