 Follow up with site engineer of Contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/planning
 Identify and highlight possible risk on project
 Basing on the main plan, to make detail plan (construction schedule, material and equipment schedule, manpower schedule, etc.)
 To ensure that the site have adequate resources to complete the tasks.
 Take up the role of safety engineer to ensure that the work carried out by the workers and other related activities are as per the safety regulation of the area.
 Prepare report (daily, weekly, and monthly)
 To ensure and keep working environment in good condition as everything in order.
 Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
 Good communication and coordinate with other departments
 According to the detail plan, to stand by on site to execute and monitor and control the works to get the works done on time with high quality as per design.
 Must take up the detail from the higher levels accurately and pass them to the below contractors, supervisors or labor workers
 Ability to quickly solve problem happening on site
 Another task assigned by manager
