-At least 3 years of experience in MEP drawing
-Can design and drawing MEP plan
-Can calculate the quantity for electrical and plumbing
-Understanding about specification and standard in MEP
-Can go to inspect and visit site
-Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
-Computer skills required: AutoCAD, Sketch up or related software
-Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
-Bachelor degree in MEP or related field.
