• Revise proposal submitted as per variations requested by clients
• Realize site inspection and project specifications and drawing analysis
• Issueing the design team the bill of quantitis, material and equipment etc
• Doing report as weekly, monhtly, yearly to Mechanical Directors about designing flow
• Issue with the design team preliminary design in case that the design is not available in tender documents and equipment slection
• Liaise with the design office the detail design including load calculation, schematic diagrams, pipe layout and pipe sizing, final selection of equipment
• Execute details design with the design office including cooling capacity calculation, hrdrualic and air distribution networks, air exhaust system, acoustic performance and final selection of equipment
• Prepare construction document to be forwarded to the site including bill of quantities, construction drawings, copy of Purchase orders without value, technical specifications and equipment schedule
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
