Job Description
• Help HoD to follow up, close monitor FA and branches performance/achievement of Non-loan products and strengthen all FA activities are in accordance with policies and guidelines
• Discuss with HoD and RM/BM to improve the performance of FA and branch staff on Non-loan products
• Participate and join with FA, branches staff to sales non-loan products
• Train, guide to FA about selling process, selling tactic and help them solve some issues occurred in their daily task
• Control, Manage device on boarding, create Account or close account for device on boarding users.
• Response request of closing TD/FA/PCA… from branches
• Support and cooperate with other department if need
• Coordinates liaison between Branches Channel Sales Department and other sales activities at branches level
• Monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor of Business Administration Management, Sales and marketing, hospitality or in any related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in position as sale/customer service or similar
• Indicate the length and type of experience requirement for this job.
• Acceptable written and verbal communication skills (Khmer and English).
• Good understanding of Cambodian MFI/banking rules and regulations.
• Initiative, Creative concept to Sales, marketing and Customer experience
• Identify the personal characteristics and behavior required for this job.
• Good commitment in working with people and strong willing to travel to the assigned area and provinces.
• Honesty, Initiative, creatively, high commitment and good inter-personal skill, selling skill
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and management skills with the ability to make decision in the tough circumstances.
