Job Description
• Prepare bill of materials (BOM) and take-off quantities.
• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Check the specification and market prices for construction materials.
• Verify the construction material request from the construction site.
• Prepare cost breakdown and monthly request from document report.
• Coordinate with the design department and construction department to ensure the drawings and construction method are practical and correct for taking off quantities.
• Assist in establishing a client’s requirement and undertake feasibility studies, cost estimation, value management and cost control.
• Register ID construction material in System Data Base (SAP System).
• Perform other tasks assigned by QS Manager.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Fields.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience relating to QS MEP Engineer.
• Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD 2D.
• Knowledge of computer officer skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email (Advance Excel is an advantage).
• Have skills such as Communication, Interpersonal, Flexibility and self-motivation.
• Friendly, Open Minding, Hard-Working and Strong Commitment.
• Able to communicate well in written and verbal Khmer and English.
• Able to work overtime, handle multiple tasks and decide what tasks do first and second.
