Job Description
• Generate daily and monthly site reports attached with actual pictures.
• Update reports into the RED system including actual pictures.
• Manage site documents (receive, track and constitute documents to relevant parties.)
• Input request material data for SAP and follow-up PR.
• Daily correct DN and track materials use on-site.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Project Manager.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Possess experience in document management for the construction process with Borey.
• Able to use Auto-CAD 2D & 3D, MS. Office, Excel, Internet and email, etc.
• Good communication.
• Good English both written and verbal communication.
• Friendly, honest, flexible, hard-working, meticulous and well-oriented.
