Job Description
OVERVIEW
Implement engineering and operational strategies to provide leading edge service delivery levels.
• Maintain and be fully conversant with all Singapore Standards specifications directly related to engineering and operations service delivery.
• Manage the Center Maintenance teams and ensure that standards and regulatory requirements are adhered to.

• Manage maintenance expense
• Provide technical advice and building maintenance support as directed and in accordance with Chip Mong Retail and regulatory requirements
• Periodically review service contracts and service provider performance - Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Disposal
• Undertake special projects as required
• Develop communication with all other departments/staff
• Manage meetings with Service Providers / contractors to ensure their compliance to center rules and delivery deadlines.
• Attend and support Maintenance Manager at Monthly Tenant Meetings
• Provide updates on own activities to Maintenance Manager
• Provide reports on plans, budget and implementation strategy
Job Requirement
• Vocational Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical or related fields
• At least 3-4 years of work experience in the areas of Maintenance, Shopping Mall Operations or related areas.
• At least 2-year experience in a supervisory position
• Experience in retail operations, shopping mall operations, and managing maintenance teams
• Technical knowledge of Fit out requirements and Tenancy Handover Provisions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Competent in formal report writing and Presentation skills
• Demonstrated supervisory skills
• A team player with the ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Be self-motivated and performance focused
• Good People Skills
