• Preparation of information for project planning; feasibility study, cost plan, design data, etc.
• Prepare project brief for engagement of consultants.
• Prepare Consultant Engagement Recommendation (CER).
• Coordinate information via internal project team & external consultants/contractors.
• Review to improve practicality, reduce coordination error, cost optimization, etc.
• Review project documents, such as construction drawings, shop drawings, method statement, coordination drawings, development data, etc.
• Review project/technical specifications.
• Prepare report/findings through graphic illustrations and translate complex findings into written text.
• Ensure information is available before commencing design, design brief, As-Built, survey plan, etc.
• Coordinate with other in-house trades (Project Management Department/Contract Department)
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
