Job Description
• Under the leadership of the production department, fully responsible for the workshop production, quality, technology, equipment, safety and other work, strive to improve the management level, improve production efficiency, complete the overall quality and quantity of the targets and tasks assigned by the superior.
• According to the production plan issued by the production department, organize the workshop production, coordinate the production process, grasp the production schedule, ensure the balanced production and production tasks.
• Prepare for work in advance, and supervise the staff on duty to check workshop environment and sanitation, equipment maintenance and safety after work.
Job Requirement
• Basic requirements
o Education: College degree or above
o Major &titles
Major in power electronics, automation, electrical, mechanical and electrical, electrician certificate is preferred.
o Experience
More than 3 years
o Language
Good command of English, with certain listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

Strong organization and coordination ability, management ability, expression and communication ability, initiative, unity and cooperation
