• Key Responsibilities
o Follow up production build plan to achievement the target
o Follow up procedure / working instruction
o Follow up the corrective and preventive actions
o Follow up safety standard
o 5S cleaning, Housekeeping and maintain work area tidy.
o Understand company’s regulations and announcement
o Others, As assigned by immediate supervisor.
o Monitoring the any waste and cost on production process.
o Following the production process, production schedule;
o Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
o Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
o Supporting team member.
o Following company rule / safety
Job Requirement
• Education Knowledge and Requirements
o Usually require a vocational / diploma-mechanical / electrical / machatronicical, industrial technology and / or experience in production body builder and manufacturing processes and techniques.
o Minimum of 3+ years of production assembly and / or body builder experience, and 1 year at shop floor management position.
o knowledge of raw materials.
o knowledge of basic quality systems and standards.
o knowledge of basic health and safety standards and compliance.
o knowledge of process improvement techniques.
o knowledge of human resource principles and practices.
o knowledge of machines and tools.
o knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices.
o Teamwork and flexibility
