• Key Responsibilities
o Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
o Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
o Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
o Working out the human and material resources needed;
o Drafting a timescale for the job;
o Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
o Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
o Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
o Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmed;
o Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
o Working with supervisor / managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
o Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
o Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
o Reviewing the performance of subordinates;
o Identifying training needs.

Job Requirement
• Education Knowledge and Requirements
o Usually require a bachelor's degree - business administration, management, engineering, industrial technology and / or experience in production body builder and manufacturing processes and techniques.
o Minimum of 3+ years of production assembly and / or body builder experience, and 1 year at shop floor management position.
o knowledge of raw materials./knowledge of basic quality systems and standards.
o knowledge of basic health and safety standards and compliance.
o knowledge of process improvement techniques.
o knowledge of human resource principles and practices.
o knowledge of machines and tools.
o knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices.
o Production Process Sequent/Process Management skill/Team work
o Computer skill for Process control/Planning and Organizing
o Organizational Awareness/ Service Orientation
