Job Description
• Key Responsibilities
o Monitoring the any waste and cost on quality control & assurance or claim process.
o Overseeing the quality assurance process, drawing up a quality assurance schedule;
o Ensuring that the quality assurance is cost effective;
o Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
o Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
o Reviewing the performance of subordinates;
o Identifying raining needs.
o Monitoring product quality standards and implementing quality-control programmed;
o Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
o Working with supervisor / managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
o Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
Job Requirement
• Education Knowledge and Requirements
o Usually require a bachelor's degree - business administration, management, engineering, industrial technology and / or experience in quality assurance or quality control in automotive or manufacturing
o Minimum of 3+ years of automotive quality assurance / service experience
o knowledge of automotive quality control
o knowledge of MS office
o knowledge of quality tools & improvement techniques
o knowledge of health and safety standards
o knowledge of quality management systems and standards process
