1.To coordinate and liaise all Architectural works with other trades on site.
2.To supervise and inspect site conditions and preparation works prior to the start of construction activities.
3.To verifying the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works. Checking for obstructions.
4.To check condition of existing property that might be damaged by the work. Making sure all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are properly protected.
5.To check the quality & workmanship installation of all finishing works (Tiling, ceiling, painting works & other related architectural finishing) from start to finishing.
