• Support the Project Manager through the implementation phase of the project to handover to client
• Day to day management of operation on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints
• Setting daily task and work target to technician team and keep following up so that the work is done properly and on time
• Ensuring timely management of any unforeseen delays
• Carry out tool box meeting to the technician team and sub-contractors
• Enforce all workplace policy and procedure such as work permit etc…
• Plan and efficiently organize the site facilities and logistic, ensuring all equipment on site is fit for purpose and only operated by appropriately trained staff
• Supervise, manage and motivate all technician including effective management of subcontractor activities on site ensuring they are engaged on target in line with master plan
• Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, regulation, health and safety legislation as well as quality standards
• Ensure technician team and subcontractors are following common operation standards
• Mediate on-site conflicts and address and report safety concerns in a timely manner
• Managing staff regarding day-off and disciplinary actions.

• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially the planning department and senior construction manager

• Responsible for the equality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations
• Performa all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract
• Develop and ensure QA requirements are incorporated into Tender Documents, Contracts And Purchase Orders
• Promotes quality awareness among project team members, contractors and vendors
• Assist in developing the Project Quality Management system by establishing procedures, plans, and work instructions as needed
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance in different areas of work development and at various project Phases
• Monitor and report on compliance and nonconformities and maintain relevant records
• Identify and manage risks that could impact achieving quality objectives
• Follow up action items and maintain the status register
• Carry out and facilitate criticality assessment sessions and develop Quality Intervention Plans for procured items
• Take care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents
• Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project
• Carry out the internal audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan

construction process are in compliance with project deadlines.
